How this website handles information.

August Vision is operated by Augvis OÜ, registered office: Sillamäe, Estonia, registry code 17313789. For business enquiries, access, correction, deletion or other privacy requests, contact hello@augustvision.com.

In this release the contact brief is prepared locally and opens your email application. It is not submitted to or stored by this website. If you send the email, we receive the details you include and use them to respond and manage the business discussion. Please do not include sensitive personal data.

Your consent choice is stored on your device under av_consent_v1 for up to 180 days. The record contains category preferences, policy version and timestamps, not your name or email. Cloudflare serves the website after deployment; technical connection and security information may be processed by the hosting service.

We use business-enquiry information to respond to requests and, where applicable, take steps before a contract. Legitimate interests may apply to relevant business communication and security, subject to your rights. Optional analytics would require your affirmative choice; none is connected in this release.

Incoming messages sent to hello@augustvision.com are received through Cloudflare Email Routing and forwarded to a consumer Google Gmail mailbox (not Google Workspace). For business enquiries that do not lead to a contract, correspondence is kept for up to 12 months after the last communication and then deleted, unless longer retention is required by law or necessary for legal claims. Records relating to contracts or statutory obligations follow their applicable retention periods. No analytics, advertising pixels, embedded social feeds or web-form delivery services are active in this release. Consumer Gmail follows Google's consumer terms and privacy policy; Google does not offer a Data Processing Agreement for consumer Gmail. Data may be processed outside the European Economic Area under the providers' applicable service arrangements. We do not sell personal data.

You may ask about access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or objection where applicable. You can change optional choices through Cookie settings in the footer. You may complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (AKI) or your competent supervisory authority. Requests must be assessed against applicable rights and recordkeeping obligations.

A future active contact form, analytics provider or new processor requires an updated notice and documented retention and security review before activation. The website currently offers email contact, without automatic CRM synchronisation.
